Here, trained 24/7 employees filter and evaluate the information and, in the event of a real alarm, take action according to a catalog of measures. This catalog of measures is agreed in advance with the user of the alarm system and a measure is stored for each alarm case.

This is the best way to set up an alarm system:
Family X’s window contact on the first floor is interrupted. The family is not at home and has therefore activated the alarm system. The message is sent to the control center, which verifies the message and calls Mr. X according to the previously defined catalog of measures. Mr. X is not available, but has entered in the list of measures that his wife should be called in such a case. Mrs. X answers the phone and confirms her absence. The control center then alerts the police. The reporting chain has worked.
The control center can not only contact the owner, but also alert the local authorities and actively monitor the situation. This minimizes false alarms and ensures the safety of property and residents.
